1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services offered by Bitknob Innovations, including but not limited to web and mobile development, custom software, digital marketing, SEO, consulting, and hosting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

Bitknob Innovations offers IT solutions such as:

• Website and Web App Development
• Mobile App Development (Android & iOS)
• UI/UX Design and Prototyping
• SEO and Digital Marketing
• AI Tools, AR/VR Projects
• Custom Software and Business Automation
• Cloud & DevOps Solutions
• Technical Consulting and Maintenance

Services are delivered under specific project agreements or packages discussed and agreed upon with clients. Scope, pricing, and timelines are defined on a per-project basis.

3. Payments and Invoices

Payments are typically divided into milestones. Clients agree to pay as per the invoicing schedule. Bitknob Innovations reserves the right to pause or terminate work for non-payment. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights of deliverables created for the client will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. Bitknob Innovations retains the right to display work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Confidentiality

We respect client confidentiality. Any non-public business, technical, or financial information disclosed will be protected with reasonable care and not used for any purpose beyond service delivery.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

Bitknob Innovations provides services “as is” without warranty of any kind. While we strive for high performance, we do not guarantee that our services will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Clients are responsible for testing and approving deliverables.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bitknob Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project with prior written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all completed and in-progress work. Bitknob Innovations may retain project files until dues are cleared.

9. Third-Party Tools and Services

We may use third-party libraries, APIs, or tools. Bitknob Innovations is not responsible for the availability, performance, or licensing of such services unless explicitly stated in writing.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, unless otherwise agreed.

11. Updates to These Terms

Bitknob Innovations reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
